Personal Development Plan

introduces you to the Personal Development Plan (PDP) component of the programme. This central part helps Associates to determine their own growth areas within the context of a Strategic Leadership Development Competence Framework. The results of this inquiry will help the Associate to develop their own personal desired results (vision), learning priorities, and action steps, which together take the form of an individualized Personal Development Plan. This Plan is developed using the Workbook included in this chapter of the manual.
